Out of respect for our photographers that hold their schedule for your session, we ask that you notify us by 10:00am three days before your scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule in order to receive a full refund.

Anything rescheduled after that timeframe will include a $50 penalty

Anything cancelled after that timeframe will forfeit the entire deposit

In order to cancel or reschedule a custom session, you will need to email bruce.johnson@snapeastbayphotography with your request.

Snap East Bay works rain or shine, so if you are not willing to be photographed in rain or other elements, please monitor the weather and proactively cancel your session by deadline to avoid the late cancel charge. Failure to cancel will be taken as a willingness to be photographed in these elements – but a light rain will yield amazing shots, we promise!

If your event is in a venue that contains materials sensitive to flash (e.g. artwork), please request your session time during hours when flash is not necessary to produce quality images. If flash must be used, please find an area where the use of flash will not compromise any material or artwork.

In order to provide the best service possible, we use our work to promote our services and provide training. By accepting a session with our photographers, you agree to our model release.

If you wish to not have your photos used for those purposes, and additional $150 will be added to your session and photos will remain private.

Snap East Bay Photography accepts Cash, Card, Apple Pay, PayPal. Please note; for holding your shoot time, you can also mail a check/money order.

Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final

Your digital gallery will be lightly edited by your photographer - i.e. basic color, cropping, and lighting adjustments - as a complimentary service. It does not include Photoshop image manipulation of objects, faces, bodies or clothing. Editing styles vary by photographer. To request adjustments to the editing style (available for an additional fee), you must first purchase photos.

Shoot locations must be public places, or private and require permits, those are your responsibility to obtain.
